Where can I visit you in store to try on any items?

Store opening hours are:
Monday- 11:00am to 7:00pm
Tuesday- 11:00am to 7:00pm
Wednesday- 11:00am to 7:00pm
Thursday- 11:00am to 7:00pm
Friday- CLOSED (open by appointment only)
Saturday- 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Sunday- 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Do you ever do Pop Up Stores?

ABSOLUTELY! Most weekends during the competitive season you can find us at one of the local shows in the UAE. Follow us on social media to find out where we will be next!

If there is something I want, and it is not on your site, can you order it in for me?

Well of course! Please email us to let us know what it is you are looking for and we will do our best to get it for you!

How often do you restock?

Because we are still a small boutique, we currently only restock once every 4-6 weeks. We also only deal with green shipping companies via sea, so sometimes we prefer to wait a little, knowing that our method of transport is better for the environment. We hope to reduce the 4-6 week wait time as we grow!

Are you open to stocking other brands?

If they fit our requirements of being the following:

-Sustainably manufactured/Consciously manufactured

-Preferably Australian Owned but open to all existing brands that share our sustainability ethos

-Of the highest quality (and we mean high, we do not want to stock rubbish products that break after a month)

-Must have a 5 star reputation!

Are you looking to collab with any riders this season?

Listen, we cannot wait to find the perfect brand ambassador/s for Belcadan! They will be competing on a regular basis with a high number of social media followers and consistent engagement. They should also be 16years+ old. Ideally, we would like to find someone for the 2023/24 season based in the Middle East. If you think that is you, please reach out to us via email - info@belcadan.com - But for the remainder of the 2022/23 season, you will find us sponsoring local training shows and supporting the UAE's Life After Racing league as best as we can!
